That's really interesting Corn. Rummaging through youtube you will stumble upon 'borrowings' of Led Zeppelin every now and again. It happens more than you'd maybe expect. Good find.Cornuck wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 11:31 amYou'll hear some familiar Zeppelin in here...(played a few years before Page borrowed it)David Michael Gordon Graham was born in Hinckley, Leicestershire, UK on November 22,1940. As Davey Graham [originally Davy Graham], he became one of the most influential folk guitarists of the 60s, acknowledged as an influence by Paul Simon, Ritchie Blackmore, Bert Jansch, John Renbourn, and Jimmy Page. Among his notable accomplishments were writing the song “Anji” (also spelled “Angi” and “Angie,” and considered an acoustic guitar standard) and pioneering the use of DADGAD tuning in modern folk music. Davey died in 2008. Here he is playing a live version of “She Moved Through The Fair.”

Well.
On November 26, 1980 Paul McCartney and Wings "ROCK SHOW" documentary was released.
While songs from the Band on the Run LP were indeed tracked, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Four was not included.
However, that does not deny the fact that this, combined with the Venus and Mars "Medicine Jar" track posted yesterday, Doc is apparently "feeling" him some McCartney these days.
Which ties nicely into the US Thanksgiving Get Back release as well.
So, my friend Strangelove, the Beatles are indeed, "Looking Through You" these days.

Good tune Mick.
Topical to this day.
Could be written in 2021 and work.
One of the first songs I learned to play and sing once I sorted out how to work my fingers around a fret board a little bit....
