I am ambivalent. The owner doesn’t care, kinda tough for the fans to give a fuck. I’m just watching the comedy of errors and I do find the Chinese fire drills funny. Play for the pick. Playoffs are an impossibility.

There's no way Green can last this road trip.
FA is not going to gas the coaching staff AND the management in one go.
It's the only way to stop the bleeding for now. The room isn't going to get gutted a quarter into the season.

If this (or any) loss leads to Green being shown the door we will all be happy.
Re: GDT: 11/24/21. Canucks vs Penguins / 4:00pm / SPNETP
I have no faith that Green will be gone anytime soon. He should have been gassed weeks ago.

The local media types like Dhali are sayin' it's a money problem and the most likely scenario sees Brad Shaw taking over for the season. Sounds like he was in the running for the Columbus job.Carl Yagro wrote: ↑Wed Nov 24, 2021 5:36 pm There's no way Green can last this road trip.

Yeah, of course FA is not going to want to eat Green's contract after just re-signing him.Megaterio Llamas wrote: ↑Wed Nov 24, 2021 5:43 pmThe local media types like Dhali are sayin' it's a money problem and the most likely scenario sees Brad Shaw taking over for the season. Agree. If the move comes, it's going to be Shaw and not more spending on a high-priced coach... even though this team could use a Darryl Sutter right about now.

Gassing Green is the most straightforward thing that can be done now. As much as many of the players look lost, not knowing what way to turn, it would be like a breath of fresh air to get a new bench boss in there. Even if the season is all but lost, there's much to be gained by getting some cohesion back and the players feeling better about themselves.

What are the odds that every team they play has a Vezina-winning goalie?
I'm pretty sure Jarry will get a SHUTOUT.

I have a hard time believing this after they just ponied up for OEL, Garland, Poolman, Halak etc. They spend to the cap every year so it’s not a lack of funds. It’s an imbecile owner’s son running shit that needs to go for a boat ride like Fredo did.Megaterio Llamas wrote: ↑Wed Nov 24, 2021 5:43 pmThe local media types like Dhali are sayin' it's a money problem and the most likely scenario sees Brad Shaw taking over for the season. Every team seems to have a Vezina goalie, at least 4 Norris dmen and 6+ art Ross calibre forwards. It's amazingCarl Yagro wrote: ↑Wed Nov 24, 2021 5:56 pm What are the odds that every team they play has a Vezina-winning goalie?

Make it a touchdown. I want to see people get fired. The team is on pace for 56 points. National game on SN. Whole league is laughing at the team and this is how they respond?
