Okay then. The preacher claims to have cell phone footage of the entire incident and also has no criminal record, violent or otherwise. He's the ultimate straight arrow. We'll hopefully learn the truth in time.

As far as persecution is concerned, I know several Christian families in Iraq from my travels there in the eighties who have had mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers murdered, kidnapped, kept as sex concubines and generally driven out of their homes and off of their farms by Wahhabist militants in the unreported Christian genocide that has been ongoing in Iraq and Syria since 2003. Christians are possibly the worlds most persecuted population group today and have lost ninety percent of their population in the aftermath of operation Iraqi Freedom. if I'm being honest I was beginning to get a little pissed off myself. It's probably best we squash this.

IF events were cancelled every time there was a case of police brutality, there were be no events happening. Period. Yes, this is a unique time, but with the league trying to get through the playoffs asap to avoid spreading disease, delays aren't needed.
