Muzac For Munsters

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

The Modern Lovers were around in the early 70’s said to be influenced by the Velvet Underground. The Modern Lovers are considered to be the creators of “punk music, new wave, alternative and indie music”. Of course we all know the groovy goof Jonathan Richman ended up becoming

Hey Doyle- some of us were around in 72 when this came out (and yes, I had the album then). ;) I think you're just jealous since you came of age during the reign of Milli Vanilli.

Peripheral Rat Pack guy and Sinatra buddy Pete Barbutti hosted a local entertainment showcase on Seattle tv called On The town once upon a time. I imagine exotica buffs made the trip down to the Marine Room in Seattle to catch Hawaii's great purveyor of Tiki culture Arthur Lyman

You would assume they made their way up here to Trader Vic's :D
