2-2 score mid second vs the Rocket in Laval. Comets goals by Francis Perron on a nice backhand goalmouth setup from Jonah Gadjovich, returning to the lineup from injury tonight, and Guillaume Brisebois on a wrister from the point.
Gadjovich starting to pick er up eh....wouldn't he be a welcome surprise if hes a late bloomer.
Hey ML....can he throw em or...?

Jonah is a willing scrapper if not a talented one. He's not a behemoth either at the pro level but he has some good qualities and he's been improving a lot this year flying mostly under the radar. Skating is still his weakness, though improved this year from last. He has a heavy shot that I didn't know about. He's having a strong game tonight.
In case anyone doesn't know, Lukas Jasek has played every game this season out of position at center. It's an experiment that is failing but the presence of just one real AHL center in the Comets roster in Carter Camper has necessitated it according to Benning. Not the greatest development scenario for Lukas imo.
Despite the paltry stats Jalen Chatfield has had a really strong year. Might be the Comets best, most reliable D this year. Great wheels, doesn't panic, sticks like glue.
Comets Three Stars
John Stevens
Stefan LeBlanc
Jonah Gadjovich.......LOL, don't get used to the Tubes. It's rare, so quick. I see Laval has quite a few
It's 2-1 Crunch early in the first period. The Comets are on a downhill track lately with all of the call ups and injuries. Goalies are wilting under the relentless onslaught.
