Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

Nah, I’m a northernet, not a southerner.
And as pathetic as Trump is, my opposition against capital punishment is absolute.
Once you decide some people deserve being killed, it’s a slippery slope. Better not go there.

Sharks though.
If I’m not mistaken, sharks, crocs and turtles predate dinosaurs.
That’s pretty impressive.

You've expanded the argument (widened the goalposts) from species to class. If you to phylum, all are present in the Burgess Shale.
Shark-like animals are on their 3rd lap, croc-like animals are nearing the 1/2 lap mark

Re: It's getting warm
Well, if you say humans have been onboard for 1/200th (or in the original post even 1/10th) of a lap, the goal posts were already pretty wide as that is a very broad definition of human. Homo Sapiens has only been around for like 200,000, or possibly 300,000 years, so more like 1/1000th of a lap. I think the oldest hominid remains found are like 2 or 3 million years old, and if you ask doc, he does not consider Lucy a human.Topper wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 2:19 pmSurvival is random.Per wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 1:36 pmProbably not.Topper wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 10:35 amYou believe humans will complete a lap?5thhorseman wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 9:25 am We should be able to win the Cup before humans finish their first lap, eh?

Prepare the old man's cobb salad for reciprocation. Just needs some tossing.
