A game we should have won but I’ll settle for the point. Too bad. But it was a good game.

Are Carl Yagro’s hands bigger than his co-hosts hands?

It was a good game?

We padded Gibson’s stat line with perimeter shots all night.

Edler was Edler.

Team was out of sync way too often.

Markstrom weak on both goals.

Officiating garbage.

Cherry Picker wrote: Fri Nov 01, 2019 10:37 am Ducks have superior goaltending than the Canucks and play the trap. If this game gets bogged down in the neutral zone, it could be a low scoring, slow boring affair and I don't like the Canuck's chances. If it opens up, the Canucks should dominate. This game is a toss up. I think the Canucks would be in an excellent position to make the playoffs if they can get 3 of 4 points this weekend, but it won't be easy. The teams they are playing will be desperate. Two points would still be a good road trip. But, if they don't get any more points on this trip they'll be in a battle to make the playoffs. Hugh couple of games to see where the Canucks will end up ranking in the Pacific because these are three teams fighting for the same playoff spots. These are true four point games, and the Canucks don't want to give up points to either of these teams. These are huge games! A couple wins in regulation would be awesome.

Go Canucks Go!
Looks like CP called it.

Sorry. I promise to keep my mouth shut prior to tomorrow’s game.

The ref was Getzlaf’s bitch on that last penalty call. What the fuck was that?

Markstrom hasn’t had his head right since that last second goal at the end of the second period against Washington. He looks nervous out there.
If Demko can win against the sharks, they should give him a couple games and let Markstrom work things out with the goalie coach.

Once again for emphasis, what the fuck was that!!!? Who paid that ref?
We are all Snidely Whiplash.

Doyle loves a good man-handling

Saw Quinn Hughes in the hall post-game. No walking boot, and no visible ice pack or brace. Travis Green would not rule him out of tomorrow’s line up vs. San Jose. #Canucks

It is nothing. I bet he plays tomorrow
Hey! It's not impossible.. :?: I think I've played it 14 times now and his right foot /skate just slips as though there was no edge, at all.
Could have been real bad ice but I think it more likely a dull spot on his skate blade. Not the same as when they say "lost an edge", as he
did get enough weight on it. It's too bad because there was an indication on Anaheim's goal a little earlier where he made a awkward
looking transition that didn't look right...
Hopefully, he only misses the Shark's game.

The Canucks got plenty of shots and there is no doubt Gibson was excellent but our best shooters were not quite on the mark. They were not
as mobile in the opposition's end as in the LA game. I guess you give the Ducks a bit of credit for keeping the best shooters to the outside
but we should have been able to compensate for that.
We still could use a good old fashioned blast from the point sometimes. I know it's becoming somewhat passe as teams are rotating more
when in the offensive zone but f**k, once in a while, a howitzer is cool. Especially when the goalie is looking around wondering what
happened.cause he didn't see it.

It's a point and that's better than a 0. Team can't get down.
Veteran move by Getzlaf using his hand to help receive that OT pass. The p****.
