And Sven with a goal and 4 assists in 3 games.

Let's dump Loui and Leivo already and get these two up.

Four game win streak and you want to blow your load already! Easy does it. Let the boys simmer a bit longer.

(Eriksson can make himself useful collecting pucks after practice too!)

Well I'd rather have Baer up than Loui or Leivo.

Not Goldie though, didn't see that part.

Thanks alcohol! :scowl:

Kinda expected no?

Would be surprised, concerned, shocked,.. if it was 3 assists in 7 games.

Let's play a game... I've made my dark horse pick in Cederholm whose on no ones radar, who would yours be?

Can't choose a prospect currently rated in the top 10...

I'd be curious to know who you'd take and who other Canuck fans would take?

Take care...

Will we be satisfied seeing Virtanen in the NHL playing 10-14 minutes a night and developing into another Raffi Torres 3rd-liner? Just so we can see somebody homegrown lay out some hits next season?

Virtanen has it in him to be a good top-6 power forward, but he's far from there now so what's the point of keeping him up beyond seeing him run around for the big hit?
Poor JV 3 years later and he's a 3rd liner avg 11-12 minutes TOI.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

I still think it was a questionable move to keep him up that year. Calgary must have looked like a helluva bad option for Benning to keep him in Vancouver.

I still think he has some upside once he grows up.

Benning was desperate to fill the roster with young guys.

He had no choice, really... JV and McCann were the best we had back then.

Nice to hear that Golds + Baertcheese are playing well, and Boucher is off again to a rocket start (8G in 5GP). I wonder who is playing centre with them? It bodes well for us if they can continue to light it up, gives us options for callups (injuries and/or playoff push) and I'm sure other teams will take notice, so we might be able to recoup some picks/prospects @ TDD. Not to mention possibly getting Baer's contract off the books for next season would be big for us.

I'm more happy with the production from Lind, McEwen, Rafferty and OJ. It's tough to judge from just the stats when the team is playing so ridonkulously though.
