Yeahno, you shouldn't have falsely claimed that you were always opposed to the trades in question. :scowl:

Blues for sure but I won’t be pissed if Boston wins. I just want to see a good fast physical series.

Im liking how this series is looking. Love the way the blues finish every single hit with authority. Bruins have some big boys but the blues take it with their punishing style.

Wish I was there for all the peripheral stuff on the sports page. Talk about a great match up for historical reasons. Lots of now vs then angles, former players, that iconic picture etc etc.

I imagine you guys got a steady diet of that these past few days?

Couldn’t possibly predict but go blues I guess

Starting to become a low-key Bruins fan lol, just a hungry ass team where every one plays for each other to help win, getting a little old up front though in NHL years.

Grandfather Chara 42
battle proven over the years core: bergeron 33, krejci 33, Marchand 31, Krug 28, RASK 32.

New young guns Pasta 23, Carlo 22, DeBrusk 22, McAvoy 21.

Future grandfather Edler 33
Canucks building their new core around: Petey 20, Horvat 24, Boeser 22, Hughes 19, DEMKO 23.
And our journey begins...

Should trade Horvat for a younger center like J. Hughes or something ahah ayeeee.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Virtanen is not a core piece, but a good complimentary player for the Canadian/Finland hybrid, he'll provide some energy and a boost in the playoffs.

These nhl teams are use to playing 3 times a week. The nhl and nba are dragging things out for ratings and hype,
during which time they make money on ads, souvenirs, betting, and on and on.
Not really that much in the grand scheme of things though, because the 29 other teams,
literally stay in a cage out of a million year old edict, courtesy thing. :look:

The end of the playoffs should have a wrapper on it by June 3rd at the latest.

I still believe in the 22-year-old!

17-goal pace from the no-offense 3rd line.

As a matter of fact....

Okay I'm penciling him in on the Horvat-Pearson line right fucking now...
