Nice to see Marky get rewarded with the shutout after all his stellar play.

We played better. As the game wore on, much better. Horvat was fantastic, one of his best games ever.
Markstrom is hitting the sweet spot in his career it seems, so ride it.
Both Pettersson and Boeser played very well both offensively and defensively.
Pete gets back fast when needs be to help in the D zone.
Brock is great creating turn-overs in the D-zone by rushing the point men and blocking their passes, creating offensive rushes back
the other way.
Goldobin was not a liability on this night.

*LOL* If you guys thought B.Sutter was bad, just look @ what we could have instead. Sutter has played like half the games compared to Kes and their production is pretty much the same. JB knew Kes was on his last legs and was going to break down and he was forced to make a deal with only 1 team. Right now, the trade has morphed to T.Pearson, B.Sutter and Sbisa for Kes. Pearson might turn out to be a top 6 winger for us, Sutter should come back and be a good 2-way player for us and we got a couple of good years out of Sbisa. All things considered, JB got a really good return from Kes and depending how Pearson and Sutter play in the next couple years, we could win that trade by a landslide.

No Tanks ! Game was better than good !
Perfect game for Markstrom !
Schenn looked ok on D.
Goldobin Biega, and Bo x2 goals :)
Roussel driving Kessler nuts .
After watching the days trades I was disappointed but
Maybe Benning got it right? A fun game to watch !

Schenn looked competent last night. That’s what a bottom pairing veteran guy should look like. He’s an 800 K cap hit as well.
