Some of us know what we got in Goldobin. He’s on his way to the KHL. I already have this team charted out and it doesn’t include him. I few simple signings and we’re good for next season.

Panarin Pettersson Boeser
Stone Horvat MacEwan
Leivo Gaudette Virtanen
Roussel Beagle Motte

Karlsson Edler
Tanev Hughes
Stecher Hutton

Markstrom
Demko

Carrying the team on his back, I guess.
Seriously though, if it's a knee, that's not something that would be advertised.
Anyone know?
Twas muscle spasms in his back... settled down of course.

Yep. He made some blunders for sure. But he could skate like the wind, rush the puck, transition it quickly, shoot it, tough as nails and his defence wasn’t great but it certainly want as bad as it was made out to be or he wouldn’t have gotten the nod for Team Canada a few times. The good far outweighed the bad with Jovo.

What a good young D core they had in 1998. Ohlund, Jovo, McCabe, Aucoin. Sopel in the minors. Adding in guys like Salo, Mitchell, Hamhuis, Edler, Bieksa, Tanev over the years gave this team a solid d corps for a good fifteen years. It’s completely fucking dried up.

Same thing could be said for the forward depth.

The Cheeseburger burglars - Burke and Nonis actually left many good players and a decent depth pool.

So what happened? lmao

who was the culprit??

I'm having flashbacks of him pounding on the glass in the penalty box!

Jovo didn't fight often but when he did, he ended careers with a single punch.

Made a name for himself in a single playoff round then spent his career trying to live up to the hype.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

I guess Team Canada was out to lunch selecting him for Olympics in 02 and 06.
