This should help you guys understand why the coach makes the decisions that he makes. This is the new NHL and pretty much all teams are trying to play an uptempo game and everyone including scorers have to at least make an attempt to play 200ft.

Erik Gudbranson has 7th worst in the league SAT (5-on-5) at minus 198.

Finally for those who think all or most of Goldobin's assists are secondary - half are primary and half are secondary (9 and 9). That is 4th on the team for primary assists - behind Petterson (15), Bo (10) and, surprisingly, Roussel (12).

I've personally read a half-dozen major threads on the matter involving fans around the league since we acquired him (google it!)

Tallon loved Guds in Florida, then the analytics folks bumped him out and traded Guds (and others).

That didn't work out so well, so now Tallon is back in charge and wants Guds back (and others).
