Well, no Radko Gudas for the Canucks to worry about!
Is it a good thing when you are favored to win a game?

Did you know Trymakin was named the KHL defencman of the month for Oct? I think his year in the NHL has helped him. He is being more physical and more offensive minded. Gawd how I want him to come back. Outside of Boeser he was the player I looked forward to watching.
The only HW the Canucks need

Fully agree with you here, Wids. He was a player that had me excited and I was quite disappointed to see him go. Perhaps we get lucky and he decides he wants the acclaim of playing in the NHL.

We can hope he just wanted a year away from the NHL to be able to play in the Olympics. But I think it would be prudent for the Canucks organization to invest some of the Little Eagles' money in a campaign to sell his fiancee on what a great place to live Vancouver is.

Fear not, my friend, Bennings prized 3rd round pick will return.

#Canucks statement on Derek Dorsett, who has returned to Vancouver.
Derek Dorsett will travel to LA to consult with his back surgeon, Dr. Robert Watkins, after undergoing tests in Vancouver. GM Benning said Dorsett is experiencing stiffness but not a recurrence of the "stingers" and numbness that led to his spinal surgery.
Yeah hopefully it's nothing major and just needs to take some time to heal, flex it out for 3-4 weeks type of thing.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Boeser, Lind, Demko, Tryamkin, Gaudette, Gadjovich, Lockwood, Forsling, McCann were not high picks. What's Gillis excuse for shitting the bed for 6 years at the draft table? Trying to win the the presidents trophy, was it?

Tanev skated with the team yesterday, could be a game time decision today. Playing with a cast on his hand/thumb.

“Despite firm correspondence sent to the management of The Beatles and the directors of Capitol Records over the factually incorrect lyrics about the Royal Albert Hall in their popular song ‘A Day In The Life’ (as minuted in Council meeting ref. 120567/F2), the band have refused to acknowledge our concerns or apologise for the offence caused, let alone change the lyrics of the song. As a result, Council have voted unanimously to ban indefinitely the performance of the song by any artist performing at the Royal Albert Hall.”
