GDT: Canucks @ Ducks Nov 9/17 SNP 7:00 PM

OK, another night and another game.

Again the team needs to come out strong once the puck is dropped.

Ducks are not as strong as they used to be so this is a winnable game. Assume Miller is in net for the Ducks but who start for the Nucks? Maybe give Demko a kick at the can?

Not that I'll be cheering for him, but it will be interesting to see if Kevin Roy suits up for the Ducks. The kid was scoring machine here in Lincoln (USHL) - small, but fast and with a great shot.

I'd like to see Demko get a start - he's up here, he's patiently paying his dues in the A, so give the kid a taste for some incentive.

GO CANUCKS GO!

Not that I'd like to see any player injured, but the thought of Dorsett opening Kesler's can did cross my mind.

Treat Miller like a Hollywood starlet.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Mrs. Nilsson had her baby so Mr. Nilsson will join the team in the next day or two. Demko is in his home town, sort of, and has a lot of family and friends in for tonight's game. But he won't start.

I assume Boucher will be returned too once Nilsson is back.

Granlund a gametime decision.

Rumours abound that when the team is healthy, ie Eriksson back barring other injuries, Virtanen is likely candidate for Utica simply due to waiver status. Green likes Gaunce and he is more a fourth line player.

Kesler is still out after hip surgery. Geztlaf is also out. Miller confirmed to start.

Time for Jake to out Corey Perry Corey Perry.
Two goals, an assist and a spearing penalty for Jake.
Time to close down all these thoughts of Ericksson taking his job.

Or Burmistrov becomes a healthy scratch.
think Greener wants a more robust lineup, adding big boy Gaunce to Virtanen helps in this regard, not to mention Sedins-Virtanen are starting to mesh well slowly.

Leaving Granlund as trade bait, team could use another right side dman.

Baertschi - Horvat - Boeser
Sedins - Virtanen
Eriksson - Gagner - Vanek
Dorsett - Sutter - Gaunce
Burmi
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

No please! Leave Granlund alone. This team needs Granlund, an intelligent and versatile player.

Wow Sutter, maybe you should keep it simple until you get pass the blue line.

Lots of empty seats there.
