Uhm...no. Refugee couples that come here, where the women is under 18, are now routinely split up. Originally they did not do that, but since it is illegal to marry before the age of 18, now it is the norm. Some consideration may be taken to the specific situation though. Since the age of consent is 15, there may be some leeway in the cases where the woman is older than that. And forcing someone to marry someone they don't want to marry is now a crime, and some parents have been charged with that, albeit it can sometimes be hard to prove in court. Marrying/sleeping with someone under the age of 15 is considered constituary rape and is charged as such. It is tougher with the polygamy thing. It's illegal in Sweden, but how do you handle a refuge family consisting of one man, two wives and several children? It is often not in the interest of the second wife to have her marriage anulled. Yet Swedish law does not allow for bigami or polygami. We don't have laws against adultery though, so they can all live together, no problem, but that means the second wife goes from being wife to being a mistress and loses a lot of legal protection regarding shared economy, inheritance, etc. This is an issue that has not yet been resolved.
If someone is suggesting child marrige is legal in Sweden, it is probably from a Russian site.
