Topper's Grilling Advice!

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

It’s an experience worth engaging
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

It is one of my favourites. Nothing in it can be prepared at home without a brigade of chefs but it is incredibly inspirational. The recipes are interspersed with short stories of Keller's cooking career. His story of meeting his rabbit purveyor as a young chef in upstate NY is a classic.

The sous chef at Picolo Mondo took his wife to Feenies and recognized a couple of the plates that evening as direct copies from the French Laundry book.

A better book for recipes that you can make is "Bouchon", a collection of recipes from his bistro.

Five spice salmon fillet topped with quartered cherry tomatoes, feta, oregano and some incredible Evo a friend brought me from Cypress served along side home made lemon linguine with lemon butter.

The dude made me do it.

My son may get a souffle for breakfast tomorrow.

If you can get an oil spritzer they're wicked. You can make fried chicken just as good as deep fried this way
If you need air...call it in
