Thanks Topper but I think those $$$ are wasted on my palate at this point in time. I am probably looking for a decent starter burr grinder I guess.
One of my suitcases is half filled with Kenyan coffee.
I'm currently using a $70 Cuisinart I'm not overly impressed with, but much better than a blade grinder though.
We have a kitchen aid grinder.....was about $300 new 10 years ago. Works like a hot damn.....someone once said "It only has 16 settings!"

I drink drip or moka pot coffee but thinking of a dedicated espresso machine.
Looking at a Gaggia Classic Pro, any others I should be looking at?
Bought the Gaggia Classic Pro and a Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder about 3 weeks ago. Impressed. Bought through Whole Latta Latte and got their upgraded package with better tamper and portafilter. Also bought a dosing funnel, scale and knock box. The Gaggia cranks out 12 bars stock and I have the 9 bar spring but haven't put it in yet.
I see Seattle Coffee has come out with a house brand Delitta Mio that has the Gaggia form and adds all the features missing from the Gaggia but is also 2x the price and is more comparable to the Rancillio Silvia.
A bit of experimenting to dial in and the extremely oily coffee beans I have yield some inconsistency, but over all, very nice.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

We've had a Breville Café Roma Pump for a few years, I highly recommend it.
We grind Starbucks Italian Roast beans exclusively.
Well I shouldn't say "we" because I've never touched the thing.
That's wifey's department... have I mentioned I'm spoiled AF?
She brings me my coffee every day when she's around.
When she isn't I do the Starbucks drive-through thing for a venti Americano.
Donny have you hit up the Italian Food truck on Crown street near Canadian Tire?
