sure
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Re: Concave Hollow Earth Hypothesis
Maybe you are right, it doesn't really matter
... considering books have been/are being written in attempts to explain gravity in a convex Earth universe.
I would think most Concave Earth theorists probably embrace a version of curvature of spacetime, but who knows.
(pretty sure the mathematician Mostafa Abdelkader who perfected the theory did)
Me, I've always been partial to ideas along the lines of Nir's fracticles, which I think would work for both concave/convex.
Obviously no one on Earth could "explain gravity" in either system to the satisfaction of all
... but if one could, it would take a rather massive book don't you think?

Mr Wizard.... have you clarified your perspective? The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 9:11 pm Lol ok you did say that i suppose...
Started my new job in the horse today and cant be all fucked up just quite yet. Ill revisit once i chemically clarify my perspective
Hopefully you can now visualize the Concave Hollow Earth Hypothesis in its entirety.
Can you see that your alien friends would all eventually arrive on Earth in this scenario?
The Earth actually surrounds the entire universe, so if they travel far enough in any direction...
Well, BOOM. (to use the parlance of our times)
This actually supports your hypothesis that... they... are here.
Although, personally I feel if... they... are here... they... would more likely come from under our feet than out in there.
Remember that in the Concave Hollow Earth Hypothesis, the (often cavernous) ground beneath our feet is limitless!
That's a helluva lotta space and it's much closer than the stars amirite?

Re: Concave Hollow Earth Hypothesis
I had a big giant bowl of smoke a little earlier and did some reading into this again and have to say...fuck is that ever a wild theory. I mean just to conceptualize it at all is some potent LSD level shit.
One question i might have is how do satellites and spacecraft come up with spherical images of earth? They apparently travel away from earth and if it was indeed a concave inverted universe you wouldnt see the planet appearing like a blue ball.
Also, if the universe is within this great cavity, what the fuck is on the outside of the outer crust?
Where does volcanic activity originate?
How do seismic disturbances like earthquakes and nuclear detonations get recorded on what would typically be the opposite side of the sphere?

You already asked that question, and I already answered here:The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 10:34 pm One question i might have is how do satellites and spacecraft come up with spherical images of earth? Would better explain Unidentified Submerged Objects amirite?
Same place the proponents of the other theory say...
The Hollow Earth Hypothesis, the Concave Hollow Earth Hypothesis, and that other theory all propose different layers under our feet. The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 10:34 pm How do seismic disturbances like earthquakes and nuclear detonations get recorded on what would typically be the opposite side of the sphere?
(which account for vibrations bouncing merrily around the globe)
The Concave Hollow Earth Hypothesis cannot be disproved my friend, for all we know that is EXACTLY the way things are.
The Concave Earth Hypothesis is empirically irrefutable... embrace it!!
Embrace it with all your might...

Re: Concave Hollow Earth Hypothesis
Occams razor/law of parsimony is no way to refute the irrefutable so other that the gravity objection I guess there really is no way around it.

So it's settled.
We all live in an expanding concave hollow Earth.
