I can't understand how y'all love The Clash so much. They're brutal lol
Joey Shithead hates the Clash.
Apparently after the Commodore gig, DOA and the Clash went out on the town and had a great time but when DOA flew in from Winnipeg to open at the AreanEx, Strummer and the gang acted like rock stars and treated them like shit. I was on the floor right at the stage and there was alot of preshow chatter about shit going on backstage. When they played some Pointed Sticks over the PA, I thought a riot would start. During the encore, Strummer invited the openers out to join in for a song, DOA was a noshow and I think they'd already left.
Joey also talks about it in his book, I Shithead.

A little less intense Luv Affair fare for our boy Cuz.
I recall a bunch of us being turned away at the door to the Luv Affair one night because we were already too drunk.
Climbed onto the roof and pissed in the vent system over the dance floor.
