As I've already stated, there is some serious underreporting going on in most countries.
Footnote: This is also how Sweden got a reputation for having the most suicides in the world.
We started presenting (fairly) accurate statistics on it in the 1930's already, while most other countries listed suicides as accidents in their reporting.
Today, when we have more reliable statistics from other countries as well, Sweden, at 11.7/100,000 is below the European average (15.4) as well as the US suicide rate (13.7). Canada, at 10.4, is close to the global average (10.6) . As for the very high Russian numbers, it could be political dissenters that just happen to "suicide" themselves while in custody.....

Yeah. Definitely under reporting.
Did you look at the table in the article?
For the specified time period there were roughly 17,200 more deaths reported in New York than there would be in a normal (a 298% increase) yet they had only 13,240 reported covid-19 deaths in this period.
So who are the other 4000 excess dead?
Was there another 9-11 type attack that they forgot to tell us about?

In 1968, Hilleman produced a more attenuated measles vaccine derived from the virus isolated by John Enders in 1962, which is still used today. The Hillman rubella vaccine was also more attenuated i.e., less likely to cause the disease but still induce antibodies in the vaccinated person than the 1962 vaccine and remains in use today. In 1963, Hilleman isolated the mumps virus from a throat swab from his five-year old daughter and developed a new vaccine, which was licensed in 1967, and was officially named “Jeryl Lynn” after her. Hilleman’s iconic Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) combination vaccine was licensed by the FDA in 1971, and is used worldwide. Hilleman also produced the 1967 Hong Kong A2 pandemic influenza vaccine and the meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine, which was licensed in 1974.
Dr Hilleman was some kind of genius, the guy has saved millions of lives.
His mumps vaccine from 1963 is still used to this day as well.

Okay.... if you google "mutation rate" and Covid-19
... you'l get countless links telling you that rate is very slow compared to other RNA viruses (like the measles).
And for that reason, a one-vaccine-serves-all should be the eventual outcome (like the measles).
Also meaning, one dose of the (eventual) vaccine should make you immune for a looooong time (like the measles).
The data on COVID-19, however, suggests a seasonal vaccine may not be necessary. The virus is mutating at such a slow pace that it is now believed any vaccine that is developed for it would only need to be a single dose vaccine. This would make it much more like the vaccines we have developed for diseases such as measles and chickenpox where one dose is enough to make you immune for good (or at least for a very long time).
I mean, anything is possible, but the likelihood is further mutations will not be a problem for us from COVID-19.
So... maybe chloroquine wasn't the worst corona treatment idea Trump could come up with...

US President Donald Trump has been lambasted by the medical community after suggesting research into whether coronavirus might be treated by injecting disinfectant into the body.
He also appeared to propose irradiating patients' bodies with UV light, an idea dismissed by a doctor at the briefing.
So, couldn't he just stop spitballing insane treatment suggestions and instead listen to the experts?
Doctors warned the president's idea could have fatal results.
Pulmonologist Dr Vin Gupta told NBC News: "This notion of injecting or ingesting any type of cleansing product into the body is irresponsible and it's dangerous.
"It's a common method that people utilise when they want to kill themselves."
Kashif Mahmood, a doctor in Charleston, West Virginia, tweeted: "As a physician, I can't recommend injecting disinfectant into the lungs or using UV radiation inside the body to treat Covid-19.
"Don't take medical advice from Trump."
John Balmes, a pulmonologist at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, warned that even breathing fumes from bleach could cause severe health problems.
He told Bloomberg News: "Inhaling chlorine bleach would be absolutely the worst thing for the lungs. The airway and lungs are not made to be exposed to even an aerosol of disinfectant.
"Not even a low dilution of bleach or isopropyl alcohol is safe. It's a totally ridiculous concept."

So now I know why the avg age of people 150 years ago was only 40 years old.
They died of boredom, imagine at the end of the day, ma, pa and the little ones all sitting around a fire and talking. No TV, board games, internet, toilets, running water, etc. etc. etc. Nope just the family all cooped up in a 1 - 2 room house and you have to listen to each other talk. You never went out with your partner to the pub or dancing or casino, nope stuck home EVERY FREAKING DAY (sounds familiar).
Fast forward to today and we have 1,000 channels of sports (if they were playing), movies, comedies, skip the dishes, skype, zoom, cars (you can still go out) etc. etc. etc. Even with all of that I am getting tired of being home and not getting out. Even though I am still at work in my office 95% of the time I want to get out and do more.
So why did they die so young? Because they wanted to, after 40 years what was going to change for them.

Lysol issued a statement on its website on Friday titled "Improper Use of Disinfectants." The notice said parent company Reckitt Benckiser Group has been asked whether disinfectants are safe to use as a treatment for the respiratory virus.
”We must be clear that under no circumstance should our disinfectant products be administered into the human body (through injection, ingestion or any other route),” Lysol said in a statement.
