Who would rather see this place without the Dude/Doc vs Blob/IN flame war?

There appears to be some subtle resentment of the ongoing debate/argument of certain groups around here. I am a little suprised and would like to see how people vote on it. (and no MCB isnt the only reason...I've read this before)

Anyway my personal opinion is that i find is funny as fuck and probably come back way more often to catch the latest while also enjoying the more intelligent approach to analyzing our team/the sport.

I doubt the casual observer wants to see 2-3 pages of every thread degenerate into the predictable shitshow, so I'm be more than happy to dial it back.

As a mod, I'll admit the 'flamewars' make my job harder - but as someone who has been on this board for close to 20 years, I know the level of hockey talk is better than it's ever been.

While you might have to skip a few posts to get to the next 'real' post, the side comments give the forum some character, which is lacking in many, many other forums.

Summer is upon us, and off topic comments are showing more frequently as there's little to talk about. So relax, have a beer (or whatever your relaxant of choice is) and join in - or scroll past - your call.

It became so popular that that have to stop making it as they do not have enough stock to make more. It will be a few years before they make it again.
