The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Seinfeld, Taxi, Mash, Cheers, early seasons of Entourage, Caddyshack, The Big Lebowski, Wedding Crashers, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, The Great Outdoors, My Best Friend’s Girl, Old School, American Pie(s), The Hangover, Mrs Doubtfure, The Naked Gun, I’m missing some shit here obviously but that’s a bit more up my alley.
I don’t mind TPB occasionally but Letterkenny is a non starter. I only gave East Bound and down a couple episodes.
That is sad.
What’s your list Grubbybeard?
The Honeymooners, Jack Benny, Barney Miller?

So, how have the new gals fit into to the management structure here? Is there a more progressive owner in pro sports than Mr Aquilini?
Is he getting the credit he deserves for breaking down barriers?
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

To appease the corn. I'll move the discussion here.
My take.
Blobby Brown had a Spiderman meltdown lashing out in all directions and received some well deserved pushback. Then cried about the tough times his friend was having. He's an emotional wreck.
This has never been a place for the emotional. Or the enraged.
He's talked of exiting himself before and maybe he needs to get his shit together.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.
I think it was funny up until his mother came into the conversation. That to me is a step over
You are right about it is best to keep ones emotional luggage stowed when on an anonymous public chatboard but still...some are always going to be pissed when a deceased loved one is brought into it
The mother thing started as a generic " when your mother calls you home for dinner". Somehow Blobby Brown took that as a personal attack on his mother.
That is how close to the edge he was.

Yup, as I said at the time, the Blob was saying some very odd things...
I have it on good authority that The Blob is engrossed in personal things away from this board and isn't pissed off or anything at anyone here so...issue sorted
