Just Not ready

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Sad thing is I think he believes he does care, is doing the right thing and that money does grow on trees (if you don't have kids yet...think twice).

Dude is delusional....

He's mistaken though, contrary to popular belief money rarely grows on trees. Instead the paper used in banknotes is usually made from 100% cotton, albeit in recent years some countries (including Canada) have switched to using synthetic polymers instead.

The government will decide how far you get to drive."

If he keeps raising the Carbon Tax amongst other taxes, he won't have to do anything else to limit the consumption of hydrocarbons.

We need to build a wall at the Manitoba/''tariya border and declare our sovereignty. Most western Canadians have had enough of the eastern bullshit.

Build giant pipelines and fill them full of hydrocarbons...run them everywhere

Well all the money he spent and the pending impact on mortgage rates etc has me trying to figure out if it's worth moving from our fixed to a variable at this point. $5K penalty to go from 2.6% to 1.35%......well that would be a no-brainer, however it will take 18 months to "break even" on the penalty and from what the Bank of Canada is saying, and "experts" are forecasting, I could be regretting that an wanting to lock back in by March right back where I started.

Gotta love the times we live in and the stupidity of the masses that kept the current regime in power (twice now).
