After 30 hours of travel via Beijing, I'm finally home. Come to spend the holiday with me ol Da'
He's currently kicking the shit out of prostate cancer, supposed to be free and clear cancer free by the end of his radiation treatments in January,so I'm not too worried. However, I figure one way or the other the day will come when I won't have the privilege of spending time with the wisest guy I know...

Been a crazy year for me. Wife & I got clobbered by an Alberta driver in July and my left shoulder arm etc is a mess. Could have been a lot worse and I'm thankful we are both still here.

Hahaha. One of the things I miss most about my old man. Guy had a great sense of humour. Mom’s new boyfriend is a decent guy but a bit of a stuffed shirt.
