GDT: Oct. 19th, Canucks @ Hawks

Hawks lost in St. Louis last night in a shoot out on the road after blowing a 3-1 lead. Quenneville's home debut as well. The Canucks will be looking to bounce back from a lackluster performance against the Gaybres. According to http://goaliepost.com/ they have Khabibulin as the probably started. Let's hope the Canucks continue with a strong rebound performance.

GO CANUCKS GO!!!

Solid scrap between O'Brien and Burrish. I'm really liking the toughness that O'Brien has been bringing to the team.

I'm getting the PPV feed through the Centre Ice package, is the sound always this horrible for PPV games?

we are not a very good team.

way to inconsistent. lots of early warning signs for this team. good thing its game 6.

pyatt looks terrible.
luongo looks like cloutier on the first goal (way too deep in his net and not challenging.)
sedins do not look like contract players. they look slow and trying to be too fancy

(what is this OCt 25th thing they are promoting in PPV - something about logos and towel waving? anyone know)

this is not a very fun team to watch like this. way too sloppy and error prone

Hordichuk is injured
Salo is off the bench (maybe injury?)

Obrien is fracking terrible.

they need to sell the team for the next PPV, of course.

What happened to the team that played so well against the Flames about a week ago...?

Ah well... they were pretty good in Detroit a few nights ago. Still a decent way to start the season.

Im not too happy the way they flip flop in how they play so quickly. but at least its early in the season. better address it with the team asap AV..... or make changes Gillis. its not what will get us in the playoffs.

If we are counting on Luongo to be the difference, we are in trouble. I do not think he is looking any better than last year. If things don't change for him quick, we are in serious trouble.

Is it just me or do I see Ohlund just coasting through the nuetral zone all the time. Pyatt is just useless.

I think our first and third lines played decent. Can someone teach Hansen to hit the net?! :wow:

It does not look to me like our D is looking to shoot on the power play at all. They are always looking for pass first it seems.
