Dumba taking down two Canucks in one power move.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

They know the other team is quicker all over the ice. It's disheartening

The wild place a premium on good skaters. Probably why they haven't been eager to acquire our boy Brock by offering up anything of note

Petey with an off game (he's entitled), but the rest of the team played very uninspired.

Marcus Foligno can play on my team all day. Ditto for Jared Spurgeon and Brodin. Wild are too big and too fast - men vs boys. 8 - 3 with six wins coming against garbage teams. The schedule is only getting tougher.
I would have taken Reavo for future considerations. Rutherford is asleep at the wheel. Tough as hell and a good teammate.

The worst of it was from Garland and Hoglander after being demoted in the third.

This is all on Cornuck for having the audacity to try and upstage my 3 game winning streak.

It's not for a lack of trying, I mean the Canucks outshot em 35-33, it's just their goalie was a bit more clutch, even though Martin was playing pretty stellar, however Minny had better grade A chances.
I'd say it was the Canucks sloppy play that did them in, as they gaveaway the puck 8x vs the Wild 3, and it cost em, as it gave the Wild those great chances to score and they did.

So who on the team do you put in the Slow Club. I agree we are slow as a group and need to get faster. Who are the culprits of slow?Cousin Strawberry wrote: ↑Sat Dec 10, 2022 9:13 pm The wild place a premium on good skaters. Boeser?
Horvat?
Pearson?

It isn’t only just about skating with why we are slow as a whole, lack of being quick in their actions plays a major part in it, quickness comes from the precision of moving pucks, from skills, from decisions (smarts), reads, anticipation, from positioning, it just isn’t about skating, Jake Virtanen was an excellent skater but as quick as mud in every aspect outside of skating. There’s a lot of not so good skaters whom are very good players because they make up for it in the quickness in their actions.Cousin Strawberry wrote: ↑Sat Dec 10, 2022 9:08 pm The wild are roughly twice as quick on pucks as the Canucks.
That said I can't say Van has played a bad game for the most part. There are ebbs and flows in any game. Even Boeser moving a tad better
