Post Game, JT Miller 5:01 Min. Last Goal
J.T. Miller: "We believe in ourselves right now... we knew in the second period we kinda had them... character type win that"
Miller on the importance of closing wins after good games: “We’re tired of saying ‘We played good but it wasn’t enough.’ We understand we’re creeping back in this right now... I don’t think anyone in this room would have been satisfied with anything other than two points"
Bruce Boudreau's post-game conference began with another quiet f-bomb as he got settled in his seat 😂
Bruce Boudreau on Canucks 2-1 overtime win. “We got better and better. Gibson had to be at his best. We had some really good Grade-A chances. I’m really proud of them and they gutted it out tonight."
Bruce Boudreau on his Christmas mask: "It's the only one my wife gave me so I have to wear it," he says with a laugh
Post Game, Tanner Pearson 3:30 min.
Thatcher Demko now riding a career high 6-game winning streak.
Over that span, Canucks #1 goalie has a combined 1.30 GAA & 95.8 SV%.

Van has a very effective forecheck right now that is causing teams fits and wearing them down to where the Canucks take over games offensively by the 3rd.. It's amazing how well it's working actually

Must be thanks to those bag skates

I had predicted they'd be back in a playoff spot by the end of the month, sadly that won't happen thanks to the two week holiday. But a win tonight and they are 5th in the PAC and one win away

The second wildcard in the West is 6 games over .500. The Canucks won 9/10 to get to .500. It will still be a monumental task to make the post season. It’s trending towards 96 - 98 points. The Oilers aren’t going to play this bad forever. Nashville might be a team that back slides.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.
