That's why he's Captain.

Such a shitty shitty team on the ice. On paper? Decent. But wow are they useless against an aggressive forecheck.

Break it down later but the Wild were worlds better then us on their positioning. We were all over the place. A few positive signs but plenty of work to do.

Unprepared, overmatched, and exposed. Oh well, on to Thursday.

We didn't really bring our 'A' game game thread wise tonight either. A measly 7 pages for a home opener with a full building.

I'd say the thread was very much inspired by the team's public skating session tonight

Yup. I pretty much tuned out and watched a “Best of Krusty the Clown” video on YouTube.

I actually watched the local cult musical horror classic The Big Meat Eater this year over Thanksgiving dinner. What an unexpected treat that was. I hadn't seen it since 1982!

The full movie for those who might be interested.

Set in Burquitlam, but filmed in White Rock, as far as low budget musical horror movies go, The Big Meat Eater is top of the food chain.

Finally watched the game. Right from the start, at player introductions, I could immediately see what the problem is. We dont have enough Canadian heart. We have plenty of American heart but we all know when it comes to hockey you need Canadian heart.

Enough said.
The only HW the Canucks need
