I thought Demko played well. Made some tough saves, and hard to fault him on any of the goals.2Fingers wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 3:19 pm I think they are playing today so I am putting my undefeated record online here.

Keys to winning:
play 60 minutes
goaltending stopping the puck
PP that works
PK that work
Did I miss anything?

Hey, let's do this again in a couple of nights!
Fucking hopeless, how many dumb, mental mistakes are we going to keep making?

Well, that was disappointing.
Good start, but... yeah... but.

Above and below 500
Leaves +10
Nyets +5
Coilers +5
Habnots +4
Lames 0
Canucks -5
Senators -8
Canucks now need nine more wins than the Habs over the remaining 33 games and pass the Flames to make the playoff.
With their inability to hold a lead that seems very unlikely.
Time to move out those three pending UFAs before one of them gets injured.

There are no excuses. Zero reasons for another total collapse. A three nothing lead after the first period. Big questions to be answered.

Horvat / Myers Post game....6:13 min.
Post-game; Green....8:49 min.“It’s frustrating. We need to mature as a group, learn from it and move on, and do things better next game. We have to put our foot down right now and make it stop.” - Horvat
Post game Demko..2:16 min.Green: “It’s very disappointing, very upsetting... We didn’t play good enough to win. Flat out... Unfortunate we didn’t come in after the (1st period) with a 3-0 lead”
Green: “I didn’t think we were as good tonight as we have been. Quite frankly, we had some individuals that didn’t play good enough tonight.”
Green: “We probably deserved what we got in the 3rd period. In the 3rd they were definitely the better team... in the 3rd we just haven’t been able to raise our level to where we need to be”
Green: “We had a couple of young forwards that probably made some plays they would have liked back, at least with their decision making”

Meh
Since it's unlikely that we see any coaching change this season, how do I mute Green? Tired of the same things he spew out game after game. And maybe mute Horvat and Miller too, both are talkers not doers

Damn, another game, another lead blown. Smith gave us a freebie, a 3-0 lead, but we still we lose. Playoffs looking more and more unlikely.
I was going to suggest Jake for Puljijarvi on the Trade thread, but forget it about now. Last thing we need is another big guy who plays like a girly man.
The highlight of the game. The Rooster does a Marchand on Puljijarvi. Looks like Puljijarivi clips the Rooster on the head a bit and the Rooster gets pissed. Wish Rooster didn't stop so quick.Micky wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 10:16 pm Roussel start a fight for nothing --- https://streamable.com/zvhnzl ..Close-up >>> https://streamable.com/729mzt
