So, no need for a complete overhaul. Most of the pieces are in place, but there is some fine tuning needed.
And as they lost, they will not be cocky, but will be wanting to prove they can do better.
Petey will be pissed. And he can build on that.
Whatever you do, always give 100 %!
Except when donating blood.
Petey was on for three goals against. His line got owned in the second period. Toffoli and Miller both looked rusty. I saw more good than bad but the defensive structure or lack thereof is alarming.

I was surprised at how ineffective Miller was. He is usually the driver of that line.
Bo and Brock on the other hand, generated more than enough grade A chances and shots to at least make the score more competitive. Hellyubyuck stoned everyone.
Jets capitalized and finished some bad turnovers. No surprise Stecher got handled like a yappy chihuahua, really disappointed by Pearson's defensive work throughout the game. Second goal was on him.
Ferland is just what this team needs, waiting for the hits to come. Need him to stay healthy.
4th line. Other than Motte's engine... meh. Sutter should sit, but we know that won't happen.
I wouldn't say Miller was invisible. The team really dominated the first half of the 1st period.
But once Hellyubyuck got on a roll, it seemed like nobody could do anything other than Bo's line occasionally... until the 3rd line crashed the net to jam one in.
All that D shuffling around probably didn't help either.

Barely touched the puck till the third period when he started to assert himself a bit. No idea why. That line was bad in general.
Coach is trying to have two equally dangerous scoring lines. I get it. I agree with it. I just hope the two LA King boys are up to it.

Miller is one to watch. He was criticized for disappearing in the playoffs in Tampa. Hopefully that is not an indication of things to come.
Yeah that 3 goals in 61 playoff games is pretty horrendous
