A few comments:

Jets made the most of Canuck mistakes, Canucks didn't make anything of Jet mistakes.

Hellybunk had a much easier night than it looked. Canuck finish effort looked like preseason inter squad effort. Not a lot of dirty effort in the crease to help the shooters.

Lil' Trojan still is the Lil' Trojan

Pettersson didn't look like a Sedin drinking game

Markstrom played with Luongo's glove

Rookie D looked like a rookie D, some smart plays, nice breakout passes and just as many deer in headlights gaffs. He'll learn. Next season.

If Ferland and MacEwan have passed Jake on the depth chart, the Canucks are fucked. Neither of those two were very impressive.

Disappointing result, first half of the game they looked like world beaters, but glad to see Ferland finish a game apparently healthy and liked seeing Juolevi in the limited minutes he got. Guys like Sutter and Fantenberg are dead weight. Sutter @ $4.375 million and Eriksson @ $6 million battling it out for the 12/13 forward spot. Yikes.

They're not going to face a hot goalie every night and I still think they're a legit dark horse in the west.

Sutter had a groin injury, so he's not 100%.

But liking Green's strategy.

Team should be much more upbeat next game, they seemed to get a bit deflated after the vezina trophy finalist kept shutting us out (until a gritty goal by Roussel), and they scored on Markstrom.

Yeah but that Wild qualifier is pretty short best of 5, desperate times could call for desperate measures if Marky lets in some softies ruining momentum.

And Marky hasn't had a good series vs the Wild this season, getting outplayed by Stalock.

But for sure Marky will start.
