So Blob, what do you think of our chances for 4 out of 5 this homestand?

Nice to see the team looking like they give a shit for a change.
Finally played with emotion and earned the 2 points

Back and forth game but they battled and stayed in it.
Either way this is a better team with the additions of Hughes, Miller, Myers and Demko. The goal differential bares that out. Is it good enough for games in mid April? Showed some good signs tonight, but also some defensive meltdowns.
Leivo’s loss is Virtanen’s gain in theory. Sometimes people’s toys have to be taken away from them Travis.

.
On the eve of his 30th birthday, Chris Tanev pots OT winner to give Canucks 5-4 win over
You've seen the video but take a look at the Freeze Frame . Amazing.
No penalty for Nick Holden on this hit to Josh Leivo. He scored the tying goal on the next shift.

.Well, it's a small step in the right direction particularly in that our guys never gave up. Didn't quit on each other.
When we blew our two goal lead I would have laid money on a loss. Green figures the Leivo injury is probably nasty so that sucks.
I think he has become a player that gives the best he's got almost every shift and that's what you need from your journeymen players.
Thought Horvat was better this night. Looked somewhat more dynamic, and that's with the extra face-off work with bird Sutter not
able to go. Not just because he scored but Tanev had a great night. Pettersson has a deceptively crazy good, thread the needle shot.
With mustard I might add! Wow! The power play has to get the puck to Boeser sometimes too. I saw him in great positions to shoot but
nada.
Now for the bad: There is no way we beat this team in a best of seven playoff series. We aren't there yet.
If we get a healthy Edler back that will help but it really hurts we are possibly not going to see a healthy, happy, nasty Ferland this year.
None the less a good game to build off.

Post Game; Pettersson--Tanev--Green"That’s as close to a playoff game as we’ve had this year, so far anyway. It was definitely a good test for us, especially at a tough time of the year for us right now." - Pearson

The depth of this Vegas team astounds me. They might be destined for a long playoff run this year.
