And that's why I mention our wingers (especially certain ones) that constantly lose those stick battles on the half-boards and can't get the puck past the pinching dmen. It extends the defensive zone time and our system is to just to stand around and let the other team grind us down until we can make a line change.

Isn't even aloud to join the guys. I guarantee, he's fine. Was mostly trying to draw a call.

Where would this team be without Miller? Good get...

I have to think there's a system weakness there that other coaches are identifying and exploiting

Sportsnet[
https://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/can ... -overtime/
Province:
With just minutes to play in the third period, captain Bo Horvat was pulled from the ice by the NHL’s neutral concussion spotter. The Canucks’ captain took a heavy hit to his face moments before and look dazed. He didn’t return to the game, but was rinkside to congratulate his teammates after the overtime goal.

Post-game, Horvat said he was fine and while the timing of the call from the spotter was perhaps frustrating, he understood their role has to be respected.

So honest question...does Demko have a weak glove hand when the pressure is on? Seems like these comebacks have teams lighting him up top glove hand corner.

Is this real or just a baked wizard thing?

He didn't have his best game. Last game he made one of the best glove saves I've seen by anyone this year. Go figure.
yesterday was a game of fuck-ups by both teams. We did one less. 8-)
Boeser had an awful game too but got 2 points anyways.
If Demko has a weakness I think it's positioning which Ian will fix.

I hope Pettersson becomes as stable on his skates and as physical as Eichel.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

He’s two years older than Pettersson. We will have to wait on that one, 2 years to be exact.

Nice to see the Canucks overcome the refs and the Sabres. How they missed the headshot on Bo is beyond me. Even if the head wasn’t targeted on purpose, was clearly interference.

Inability to hold a lead isn’t shocking for a young team. They’ll learn. Part of the process.

At this point, I’m fully ready to admit being wrong on the Miller trade. Guy has been fantastic and easily worth the acquisition cost.
