You have to think the hang on and back-up thing is Green.

I dont think they were hanging back on purpose, that had nothing to do with Green except he did not call a time out.

Not bad...

Maybe some clearing drills to counter the D pinching at the point?

Chef Boi RD wrote: Sun Oct 20, 2019 11:19 am I wonder if the Rangers would be interested in trading Petey’s old WJC linemate - Andersson to us?
Lol! ’Cause four Swedes just isn’t enough, eh?

But if we were getting a Swede from the Rangers I’d prefer Zibanejad.
And Fast was having a great game today. Basically responsible for both goals they scored.
Yet I would prefer Andersson over Lundquist. Don’t get me wrong; Lundquist is a phenomenal goalie, but this is his 15th NHL season, and I think he may have passed his best before date. At this point in time I wouldn’t want him over Marky Marx.

Jake's hit https://gfycat.com/leftwarygnu-hockey stuff happens

Obviously I hate the hank-on thing again but "earlier" in the game, I like Jake with Bo. Think maybe Bo liked it too.
Virtanen, when he wants, is unreal quick. Really powerful first 2 strides.

Note 1: Mëds nailed it.
Note 2: Rather see a line of Ferland Gaudette Sutter than Ferland Sutter Leivo. That line had all kinds of problems.
Note 3: Canucks have awesome goalies.

95% Nailed it.

Beagle with the GWG

and quality goaltending my Demko and Marky is a solid backbone to Canucks success akin to the Lu/Schneids, Miller/Marky days.

So, the PP1 sure looked a lot better didn't it?

Amazing it takes professional coaches that long to figure it out.

It's called dead legs in a morning game of back-to-back morning games.....on the road in the first month of the season.

They owned the first 25 minutes. Skated circles around New York, kept the puck in the Rag's end, got to the net, moved more on the PP, and were rewarded with 3 goals for their efforts. From the 10 minute mark of the 2nd period you could see Vancouver start to lose their legs, slower on the forecheck, not as strong on the puck in the O-zone, bad passes, missed reads, failed clearing attempts.....by the time we were 5 minutes into the 3rd all they had left was to try and protect the lead and let Markstom hold the fort.
