Nice plays by Hughes.

Great hustle to get back and takeaway the puck.

He has been in there a lot more of the time than not. He was literally just protecting Petey earlier this game and has been watching out for the young guys the majority of his time here. His body of work in that department has been great.

Apparently we have been watching different games or focussing on different things.
No, I didn't say he didn't do a great job protecting the young guys since he got here. But even he can't or won't be doing it every single game on every single instance.

Schenn has been good, but JB really has to assess how to make that jump into playoff contention next year and I don't believe having both Schenn and Biega playing big minutes here is a good thing. I'm not saying they shouldn't sign Schenn. We should only have one of them.

I'm ok with Schenn being the 7th/8th, but he can't be in the lineup for 82 games. So protection has to start coming from elsewhere and/or our young guys have to start sticking out elbows.

THIS OT IS LIT!!! Petey/Brock/Hughes

I'd keep Schenn. He's bigger and younger.

Pettersson and Boeser kinda lame SO attempts. Demko didn’t look as good in that SO as he did in his first.

Well it’s over. The future looks good. Monday we will find out where we draft.

Sigh.....
