Good production by top 2 lines and the D played it simple.

Horvat with another big night.

What’s the deal with no-stache Garrett? You can’t be pulling that shit on us. Wear a stache your whole existence and then shave it off. It’s like removing the sun from the blue sky

He looks funny without it.

I kinda like the Johns as a play by play team. Funny that Keith Olbermann is a huge fan of them and is buddies with them. He sat in the booth with them for a period in New York this year.

Going back to Jim Robson the Canucks have always gad good pbp crews. Larscheid was a homer but I liked something about him. Hughson on was ok too. Rick Ball was good, too bad he left for Calgary.

Dave Thomlimsen, Gary Monahan and John Abbott should be fired out of a cannon.

Nice to see our guys break the slump with a strong game. They chased out one of the better goalies in the league, so hopefully it'll help their confidence a bit and get a bit of a streak going and get back into the race.

Great to see Shotgun Jake with a very good game. Nice feed to BoHo for the first goal. I was surprised Rousell was able to get the puck to Jake on that goal. I was thinking there's no way Rousell can get it thru and thread the needle, but surprisingly he did. U knew if Jake got it, he was going to bury it. There's no way he would miss from there. Rousell reminds me a bit of Burr, a passionate player with lots of energy and hustle. Burr was more skilled, but Rousell has more grit.

Very entertaining, like. WE ROCKED, MAN, except for the little bit of sitting on the lead
thing, late.
Renne made good saves too, we could have had more. Feel sorry for Brock as he could have had 2 or 3.

Canuck stars, forward stars galore. Horvat, Pettersson and of course that guy I made my first post ever here, about:

Jake Virtanen

Jake Virtanen is starting to remind of Jamie Benn. He seems to have a similar game. Speed, passing, a shot, goes to the dirty areas and is a little mean. This could be great if he's brought along properly.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What insight ;) maybe not quite like Benn but hey! I was so young then.

seriously; Good game for the team and a shot in the arm for the fans.

Ya, no kidding. Last month old Jim Byrnes did a stupendous job that one game. Both anthems.

The underrated UFA signing, Antoine Roussel:
It's huge when a team scores and you come back right away. It kills their spirit. It’s a mental game sometimes. I’m telling you, I come back to that PK we had and I thought we were juicy after that.

That was last night. Two pubs and a buddy’s house on the way home. I showed up at midnight with the groceries that were in my truck for 9 hrs. Poured myself into a cab with four bags of groceries. Forgot which pub I left it at walking around the parking lot hitting my fob panic button. Had to fetch my sled this morning at 5 am. Good times.
You should throw a down sleeping bag into yer whip. Planning ahead allows you to not plan ahead

Bring back Juice for the the rest of the year

Edler - Tanev
Hutton - Gudbranson
Bieksa - Stecher

He was still playing 18+ minutes last season so can log the ice time - also brings that snarl when needed.
