Green treats Goldobin like Desjardin treated Vey, way too many opportunities. He is getting the same results, too.
4 on 4 overtime PP they could have put out Eriksson or Jake who have both shown something this game, vrs Goldobin who has shown squat.

I like that Green is giving him every opportunity to succeed. That’s what we want for our kids. Green gets blasted for benching kids who make mistakes. With Goldobin he’s giving him every chance possible. He has so much skill and showed great chemistry with Pettersson. He almost had a couple tonight but has gone back to posts and crossbars.

I’m frustrated with him. His play under pressure. His passes in the O zone. His shot is off. But he’s had stretches where it looked like he was figuring it out. We really do need to know if he fits our plans going forward so I’m ok with the playing he gets. His minutes will curtail as the wounded return. But ya, he can be frustrating to watch.

I agree, Half Cut. Goldobin can frustrate me cause I think he can producecmore, he is a very slick player and the only other player on the team who can play Petterssons style of game. He’s very close to being very good
