You see it on this board. Nobody gives a shit anymore.
How many would've tuned out when they cut Chaput right after buying his jersey

This city and in particular the organization, not only celebrates mediocrity Danny, they embrace it. I mean Burrows is than .5 ppg in his career and he gets a big video night and will likely be inducted into the ring of honour. I've read posts by people and and heard radio commentators wanting to retire 14. I mean the teams most beloved player couldn't carry Kirk Mullers jockstrap for fuck sakes. Now he runs the team. People still talk about 2011 like it means something.

Dank should be benched for that. He just stopped skating thinking Markstrom would get to the puck. If Virtanen did that he get a good talking to and probably sit the next game.

Nice to see Green has changed the PP and it's now producing?!?!?!?

Like 2 different teams.

This one is much slower.

0.5 ppg is good these days.

You can't expect people to fork out serious cash to watch a team lose more than it wins. The Canucks attendance was 18th last year (as % of capacity), better than Calgary and Ottawa - and only slightly behind Edmonton.

The fans will come back when they feel the team is on the upswing.

Agreed HW, pisses me off to see vets get away with everything while a rookie is benched for 1 mistake. WD was really good for that.

Honestly, if I were the coach  , I'd not put Danny on another PP tonight for that. Just send the message.

The Vanekian one! Dank another point, 14 to go

Stetcher and Hank with the assists. Dank still needs 15.

To me it is not about benching a vet vs. how to manage a rookie without killing their confidence.

WD didn’t know how to do that.

People love their whipping boys, but I think Gudbranson had a really good game against the Oil and has been a beast so far tonight.

Happy-feet Hutton and Little Trojan on the other hand... they've haven't been that good.

Putting the kids together to sink or swim. High risk, high reward.
