Hamhuis - one bad pass, game over.
Hutton - best game yet. big minutes, fast outlet passes, getting smarter every game now. big future!

So Vey is playing 18-20 minutes a game. I am totally ok with this if this guy is moved at the draft for a pick between rounds 3 and 7. If however this is Desjardins giving his house pet preferential treatment in a lost season he has to walk the plank. I am all right fattening him up for a deal but the Medicine Hat Tigers have all sucked shit for most of the season. Cut all three of their asses at seasons end.

Must be showcasing him as Vey is avoiding going ANYwhere the net to avoid injury. ;)

What's scary is that McCann plays a very similar game to Vey. Avoids traffic, avoids going to the net, is soft along the boards. Ok, so McCann showed balls last night, that was nice, but he seems to be a similar player to Vey.

McCann was better earlier but quite right, been a little soft of late.

Linden Vey has two even strength goals in 60 games between the AHL and the NHL this season. The points he has gotten this season up here have been leeched off the PP. Cue Topper and Doc coming into this thread to spin it on its ear. Twenty minutes a game folks.

McCann has far better ES numbers and plays with far more jam, not to mention he's five years younger.

I thought you loved Vey. Or was it just Toppy? Either way it's hard to keep track with all the unconditional love for everything Elmer this place has become.
