Only saw the 3rd, sounds like we played well, but failed to deliver when it counts. D. Sedin missed on a great 2 on 1 and shortly after the Caps take the lead.

I want to go with the kids, but it might be better to show case the vets for this season to maximize their TDD value. Honestly even with going with the vets, I will be surprised if we make the playoffs, this team is having a tough time scoring.

Explain this to me, he benches Virtanen for a few shifts starting at the 5 minute mark of the 3rd, going with 3 lines putting Horvat with dynamos - Dorsett and Prust but puts him out in the dying seconds to try and tie the game? LOL

I don't understand benching McCann. That line was pretty solid in the first two periods. The Horvat line had a hard time getting going but they weren't hurting us. I must admit I am confused with the shortening of the bench. It would be one thing if they were giving up scoring chances and or goals against but they wern't.
