Santorelli - 18 points in 25 games - for that salary I think Benning made a mistake not keeping him here... :?

I'm expecting to see Canucks hats and leaves jerseys on the ice by the end of this game.

So where's Big Tuna and all of the Leaf Blowers?
It's just about time for the Leaf's yearly train wreck.

Who does he replace though?

Santorelli gets far more ice time in TO than he would have received here.

I prefer the approach the Canucks are taking with Horvat and giving him that ice time. At this point we can't really argue with the decisions GMJB has made.

This is definitely the first must win of this season, and I would much prefer a full fledged blowout!

Now we know that generally 3 dubious penalties are called against the opposition in the 1st in TO on HNIC.

So let's not act shocked when the inevitable happens tonight, alright folks?

Yeah, don't be surprised when this shit works:

Just cheer for karma and the Canucks PK.

Shorthanded goal?

7-2 Canucks

Burrows with the hatty, he always seems to find an extra gear against the Leaves.

I think it's because he is outraged by their evil ways...

.

HMMM... I wonder if Bernier will hear any chirping tonight in regards to THIS interview last night:
http://www.hockeyfeed.com/video-nels...urite-athlete/

Nelson Mandela is Jonathan Bernier’s favourite athlete!

Jonathan Bernier should have spent less time between the pipes and more time hitting the books. Bernier clearly has no idea who Nelson Mandela is as he says he was one of his favourite athletes growing up.

In an unbelievable display of ignorance Bernier attempts to give the best response to a question regarding South African anti-apartheid revolutionary and former President. Let’s just say he does not have all the facts, as his response will undoubtedly leave you with your face planted firmly in your palm.

Bernier said: ” Well obviously he’s been a tremendous athlete, you know obviously what he means to all the sports, you know the world can be changed by the sports is pretty amazing and I think he’s definitely got a lot of respect in every sport and he was definitely one of the athletes I watched growing up as well.”

This may be the most bone-headed interview of the year!
http://www.habseyesontheprize.com/20...-his-favourite

You would think that the Leaves would at least give Bernier a little prep sheet if he's going to meet the media about something that isn't hockey, and they clearly didn't because this is cringe-worthy.
And I thought Phaneuf/Kessel/Kadri/Clarkson/JVR/Polak/Gardiner were dumb!!!

Well they are, but you see my point.

LOL even Cherry + Maclean know who Mandela was!
