I fully expect the spirit fire and drum circle when Gino goes.

But Paddy Boy was a practicing Catholic!

...now there's a dude almost as noble as the man himself.

16 year old girls and the dude says "that's why I quit after so many years"

Nothing like coming forward 30 years later when the shit hits the fan eh Franky?

Got any feelers from the fishrags for (paid) interviews buddy?

"there's one in the spotlight
he don't look right to me...

Though I would guess it is time for a new avatar - Donny, how about you suggest one? Over the years, yours have always been... umm... uplifting? :D

Anyway - on topic - the Devils should find a suitable back up, so CS doesn't have to play as much. Wasn't he just quoted as saying something along the lines of it was physically taxing etc. etc. and as a rookie, he wouldn't have been able to do what Lack did last year. Miller just said something about being rested/renewed a few days before he stoned the Hawks and shut out the Devils.

Cue the Markstrom to NJ rumours....

It shows what a great goaltender in Martin Brodeur can do for a club. They could playing a defensive style, be patient and capitalize at the right time. CS will give them good goaltending but Brodeur he is not. They will have to find a way to employ a more offensive approach if they want to regain their glory years.

Cheesy over the top tribute to Quinn. Was anyone else offended by the overt racism of the event. When is the Gino spirit fire and drum circle at centre ice?
How can anyone be offended? That was beautiful!
Never mind Topper. He's a Protestant cockney Loving bastard.

 Hell yeah and Gino's ghost floating under the roof with a few scalps of protestants.

Is that too offending?

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Ah, I'm among the heathen! :scowl:

In theory: Not possible due to the fact ole Paddy wore a Saint Benedict Medal most of his life.

While we're on the subject, he also wore a St Jude medallion.... ever since the Fall of '98.

Thank you for staying on topic HW. What a bunch of religious garbage spewed after Mr. Quinns passing. "When Irish eyes are smiling" "Tis like the morn in spring!" When Irish hearts are happy; they will steal your heart away!" RIP Mr. Quinn. :)
