Yuck what a bad contract for Detroit . Same as Sutter I have no idea why a guy like this is getting a nmc. Or seven years length.......Jesus Christ .Due to the length this contract might be worse than Brandon Sutters .

Are contracts like this and some of Bennings designed to prevent them from being snatched up in an expansion draft? Make sure that your unprotected players are not the cheapest option available?

I dont know the specific rules of a future expansion draft, but if that's the case, Benning is a smart guy.

I have watched that video multiple times and I'm just not seeing a head-shot. Looks like brushing past his shoulder and Marchand does his dance.

How the hell is that a suspension?

That's not Gabriel Landeskog.

Marchand did his usual bullshit dance. When he really got tagged earlier in the year some people online were saying we should have compassion for the weasel. Fuck that. Take his punk head off.

Wtf is this new All Ster game format?

Oh well, it can't be any worse than it already is I suppose.

The league in general is boring this year. Bad hockey from an entertainment perspective, I rarely make it through a period of games not featuring the Canucks.

The Leaves are trying to "sneak Petter Granberg through waivers" according to Friedman.

23-year-old 6'3" 205lb SWEDISH (hi Mëds) physical RS shutdown dee.

Just returning now from a torn Achilles tendon in June.

Revenge for plucking Corrado??

Seriously, though, with the way Weber + Bart have been playing...

WHAT SAY YOU??

Did I mention he plays the right side?

Well Nashville claimed him.

Yeah, Strangelove and the Preds know a good defencemen when they see one!

(or Strangelove and the Preds are interested in screwing over the Leaves)

Y'know, for a "rebuilding" team, the Leaves have let a lot of young players slip away.

Thanks for all the feedback folks! Image

I wonder if Benning put in a claim for him as Nashville is right behind us in the standings...
