Bonino could end up back with the Ducks. At 29 he is fast running out of time to make an impact but hey, he has two rings. Of course if we expose Sutter and Vegas takes him we could sign Bonino right?
Montreal and Pittsburgh said to be two teams with high interest in signing Joe Thornton. Pittsburgh has told all of its UFA to test the market and they expect to lose MAF to expansion.

Montreal covets a big centre.
Jumbo Joe doing the Kariya/Selanne and sign with the Pens for $1M? Yikes... Crosby-Malkin-Thornton up the middle.

He has two cup rings ... how's that for an impact ?
Funny thing is Rutherford traded Grit & Balls twice and won both trades. Tells ya what he thinks of Grit & Balls

Well ok, I said he has two rings but forgot he has two cups.

I know you don't believe that but can't drop the schtick now right?
All things being equal I take Bonino over Sutter but not by much. Not a fan of either player. Both should be 3 million dollar players but both will soon be overpriced depending on what Bonino gets in free agency
