Jesus that’s a massive loss for the Blues.

Detroit Red Wings
UPDATE: The Detroit #RedWings today acquired left wing Brendan Perlini from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for defenseman Alec Regula.

Seeing Gudbranson and del Zotto on the ice together in Anaheim makes me realize how bad our defence was not so long ago.

So that's a Virtanen comparable trade, as doesn't Perlni and JV have similar points and both drafted in 2014?
Except JV is a better skater and hits better.
Alec Regula - 6'4 - 207lbs
May 2018 – Regula is a smart, mobile, two-way defender with top-four upside at the NHL level. He was somewhat buried in his second season playing for the London Knights, behind the likes of Evan Bouchard and Adam Boqvist, yet his big (6-4, 207) frame was still utilized on the power play in front of the net. Regula has progressed nicely in his draft plus one year, improving from 25 points in 67 games to 39 points in 66 games.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Zero reason to trade Virtanen

Preds wisely sign Josi to an extension. 8 years at 72 million. I’d assume Pietrangelo will want something similar to that to stay in St Louis.

Josi by a country mile. Top 5 100%. I’d pay an arm to get himThe Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 1:09 pmWho are you taking...Josi or Petro?Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 1:01 pm Preds wisely sign Josi to an extension. 8 years at 72 million. I’d probably lean towards Josi but Pietro is probably a top
10 guy for me. He’s a little better defensively than Roman but doesn’t have the offensive game. Both excellent players.
