Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
bull shit predictions, imo. They have inflated most of the player's points by about 5 points across the board, if you compare the top 40 D-men from last year to their predictions from this year (Ignore the player's name, but just looking at the points.) Case in point, the 40th highest scoring D-man last season had 35 points. They predict 40. The 18th highest had 45 points. They predict 52.micky107 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 25, 2019 3:55 pmLow risk predictions.NHL.com

So, is the NHL.Com predicting scoring will be up this season versus last year, or are they just inflating numbers as bait-click?
The Cup is soooooo ours!!!!!!!

Some of our players may be worth more than we think.

How do you figure?!? Upshall couldn't not make this team 2 years ago when we really sucked balls and were signing guys like Gagner to play here...micky107 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 4:12 pmhttp://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdis ... ?pid=55361Sean Shapiro

If Scottie is worth a look on a PTO, Timmy has got to be worth a high 2nd or a low first.Blob Mckenzie wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 4:39 pmHow so?micky107 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 4:12 pmhttp://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdis ... ?pid=55361Sean Shapiro

Puljujarvi just signed a 1 year contract in Finland!
Jesse Puljujärvi has signed a one year deal with his old club Kärpät Oulu of the Finnish League. Includes option to go play in the NHL by December 1st.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.
Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
So the door is left open a crack, mm? Interesting.

Yeah, he wants to play in the NHL; he just wants to get away from the Oilers, and from what I've read that probably makes sense.
Can we swing a trade for him? Or how long does it take until he becomes a free agent?

With all the middle 6 forwards we got currently I don’t think he’s a fit.Per wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 1:09 amYeah, he wants to play in the NHL; he just wants to get away from the Oilers, and from what I've read that probably makes sense.
