Otherwise none of us would hang out on these GD hockey forums for over 20 years.

As bad as many of our teams were over its 50 year history, I refuse to leave the bandwagon.
Not all of us
I just like this group of posters better than the ones on my teams boards.

At the end of the day there are some entertaining one on one or one on four skirmishes on here. I know some folks hate it, but others they eat the shit up. I’m just defending myself. :mex:

It’s a good mix of meat puppets here. Some of us are armed with Jack knives, others with machetes and guns.

Hey, who let this guy in here?!

J/K BCE, we love having you here! (At least you don't smell like rotting fish from Lake Ontario... which I expect the odor to be wafting in here soon)
Try to focus on THIS year...

Vancouver-born hockey player Evander Kane filing for bankruptcy with millions in gambling debt

https://www.citynews1130.com/2021/01/12 ... -gambling/

Feel bad for Eastvander, always liked him and always kinda hoped he would end up in a Nuck's uni. No sure whose situation was worse, his or our old buddy Zack Attack Pack Kassassian? It sure makes Jake's off ice issues seem like baby stuff though. Really hope Kane gets the helps he needs to get his life back together.

I'd like wish Connor McFailure a happy 24th. Being a coiler he must already be accustomed to losing so why not enjoy an opening day loss buddy!

You deserve it!

Does a flutter count? Or are we using "gay porn hard" as the standard for goalposts? :D

Blackhawks place Kirby Dach, Jonathan Toews on long-term injured reserve.

Dach was expected with his surgery.
Toews revealed in late December that he would be out indefinitely due to an illness that has left him "feeling drained and lethargic." There is no current timeline for his return.
