Laine sees Aho getting 8.5. You know he won’t settle for anything less and you know his ego is such he really wants a lot more. Laine would be a good get but at this point in his career he is pretty much one dimensional. I put him in the Phil Kessel category. A great complimentary piece but not one to build a Cup around.

The kids a flake, and arrogant, and video addicted. He got some growing up to do. If I’m the Peg I use tha Aho contract as my offer though. But I’d stick to it.
Laine is worth at best, 6, at the present time, and that's iffy..unless 5 inches more is worth something. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdis ... pid=176922 Mr. minus. Like Wids says; Much to prove.

Aho is trending awesomely and he got what today's market pays. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdis ... pid=174983

Yes, the glass should just come out of its frame, not break.

Whoa $3.25M AAV for back to back 25 pt seasons? while avg 12 goals per the last 3 years. :o
granted he'll likely score more getting out of Washington.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

That is what Scotty Bowman said of the Canucks during the WCE days while discussing their playoff aspirations. "Who is on their 4th line?" He cited their lack of experience and depth and character in those role positions.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.
