Cherry says "you people" about EVERYONE.

But in this case people are offended because what he says has truth in it and they need to be outraged.

It's up to every individual whether or not they choose to be offended. We live in a society of emotional infants.

I cancelled my SportsnetNOW subscription today.....I can't support a company that panders to the masses to infringe upon free speech.

Some poster named Hansen has been giving me free lessons on free speech and what should/should-not be allowed in a hockey forum.

Then the mods decided to delete a Hansen's post:

The WOP half of me immigrated to Canada in 1903. The Scottish half of me immigrated to Canada in 1910, but for some reason Scots like Cherry seem to think this Country is theirs. That being said I don’t necessarily disagree with him, I just can’t fucking stand the generalizing cause it’s lazy as fuck racism. When I voted a few weeks back I witnessed races and religion of all kind so don’t tell me that white ass Scottish Don Cherry’s are the only Canadians that care. Just because you don’t put a poppy on your chest doesn’t mean you don’t respect Remembrance Day
