He's the reason why the team is playing like ass.

Benning is announcing that Drance is fired during the press conference at 11 AM - CONFIRMED. You heard it here first.

NEGATIVTY BREEDS CONTEMPT
There is nothing that kills off motivation and productivity in a workplace quicker than bad vibes......pessimism will also prevent situations from improving. This can lead to unwanted behaviours such as staff losses, petulant behaviour and inefficient effort, claims of discrimination or in the room issues and harassment, or worse still, workplace violence, or, even worse, a superlatively shitty hockey team.

He's an egghead trying to sell subscription to his outfit. He's getting preferential air time while the guys that are better like Macitire & Bachellor are having to take to twitter only.Vin Tanner wrote: ↑Thu Nov 18, 2021 10:15 am Yes the team is playing like ass because of Thomas Drance.

Re: Vancouver's Hockey "Media"
Outside of listening to Shorty and Garrett during games I rarely pay attention to local or national media. I do like Bieksa and Botterill on HNIC but most that work exclusively for online media is basically one of us with more time on their hands!
I can't recall what game it was, could've been after the Ducks game or in an intermission, they interviewed a fan who has a Canucks blog about huis take on the Canucks issues. For real, that's what they are resorting to?
It's no wonder why I skipped so many games, should probably keep streaming them so I don't need to listen to the talking heads. Just report the facts when they occur!

Nahhh I’m a little darker. Doc has a dozen puppets following him around and spreading the good words of Fredo and Jimbro.
I guess I know what Bengals fans feel like.
Pretty much a hopeless situation here…. Again

They have Joe Burrows and Ja'Marr Chase now.
Hope reigns for them.

Re: Vancouver's Hockey "Media"
I know most of this is in jest but when will the fluffers around here admit that time, sample size and hindsight has proven Blob right more than most on this board? Specifically, takes on many player acquisitions, cost of said acquisitions, that cap space matters during a rebuild, all contracts are not movable - well in the most technical sense maybe they are but at what cost or sometimes much too late - and so on.Vin Tanner wrote: ↑Thu Nov 18, 2021 1:27 pmIt’s all good. Myself, I've called Doyle out here and there over the years and been pretty supportive of Benning but for me, Jims out of time. And the meddling owners can gtfo as well. The benefits of real leadership trickle down and over the last couple of years this club has been glaringly bereft of it. From the covid outbreak fiasco (where a player had to go public in the media to stop thd team and league from trotting out either an echl team or a roster full of plague victims), to the jake virtanen debacle where we heard nothing from gm and ownership who hid while trotting out the then lame duck coach, to this latest blunder over the last week where the meeting of the minds, and subsequent media availability, come up with the groundbreaking decision to do absolutely nothing even though fulfilling the advertised bare minimum goal of making the playoffs is going to take a literal miracle. There is something rotten in Denmark, its some if not most of it is definitely coming from on high. Time to blow shit up in one form or another. 8 years is a joke and the last two the worst of all. Nothing but excuses coming from the club. Unfortunately, with the track record, i cant see anything changing under current ownership. Those turds gotta go. Careful what you wish for some may say? I say it cant get a whole lot worse.

Rocky. I barely made out it of your first sentence without peeing my pants horrendously.
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau
